Northlight Theatre seeks an experienced full-time Production Manager. Working under the supervision of the Executive and Artistic Directors, the Production Manager is a key member of the leadership team and shepherds the production aspects of Northlight's theatrical productions, education and outreach programming, special events and projects through completion by managing people, budgets, schedules, and capital planning, and by keeping production team members as well as overhire staff informed, motivated, and engaged. The Production Manager is the main point of contact for guest designers and is responsible for fostering a collaborative and welcoming environment as well as ensuring that the best possible product goes on stage through implementing all production and technical requirements safely and within budget parameters. The Production Manager supervises the operations of the Northlight Scene Shop, including building Northlight shows and support of Northlight activities as well as the solicitation and fulfillment of outside jobs.
