Northlight Theatre in Skokie, IL seeks a full-time Marketing Associate. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communication and works toward the development and implementation of strategies for single ticket and subscription sales, patron communication and audience engagement. The Marketing Associate is a member of the Northlight team and provides support as needed for all programs.

Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain online institutional presence, with a focus on social media and development of digital content

· Conduct data analysis of sales patterns and patron demographics

· Work with web designer and individual departments to maintain and update website

· Maintain e-mail list and regular communication to list members

· Manage exchanges with other organizations for lists, program stuffers and e-blast trades.

· Maintain daily and weekly single ticket sales and subscription sales reports

· Support writing of copy and coordinating timelines for printing, mailing and distribution of all promotional materials

· Coordinate and proof all program content

· Oversee press clippings

· Serve as Box Office liaison for general customer service issues

· Coordinate and host marketing related events

· Supervise interns when appropriate

· Support all Northlight activities as needed

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years experience in marketing or related field preferred.
• Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and ProVenue is helpful.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
• Ability to prioritize many different responsibilities and multitask essential.
